GERMAN AUTHORITIES EVALUATING KRATOM LEGISLATION

The German BfArM (Bundesinstitut fuer Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte) is meeting in autumn 2024 to discuss new kratom legislation.

Our partner EKA (European Kratom Alliance) is working tirelessly toward a reasonable and sustainable regulatory framework for kratom products directly in Brussels. They have already helped the Czech government implement kratom regulation that protects customers and vendors alike.

We would like to see the same happen in Germany, as we are sure every respectable kratom vendor in the EU would like as well.
